The Auto-Refill feature by Qencode proactively tops up your wallet, ensuring uninterrupted video services whenever its balance approaches a specified threshold.

Prerequisites

• Make sure you have an Activated Account and a valid Payment Method

Enable Auto-Refill

1. Navigate to Wallet at the header
2. Select Add Funds for the dropdown
3. Select the Auto-Refill tab
4. Click Enable Auto-Refill to expose settings.

Configure Refill Settings

1. Choose a Payment method
2. Set the Refill threshold with the amount remaining in wallet that should trigger a refill
3. Set the Amount with the deposit to add when Refill threshold has been reached
4. Click the Save billing settings button to confirm.

Bonus Credit Calculation:

• The bonus is credited to the user's account automatically after they refill their wallet. User doesn't need to do anything extra—no manual steps are involved.

Warning:

The bonus is applied only when your wallet has a positive balance.

• Refill range: $5 to $1,000,000
• Threshold range: $1.00 to $1,000,000.00
• Input limit for amount: 15 characters (inclusive of punctuation)
